Divide into two teams and set up goals at opposite ends of a field.

Players use their curved sticks to strike, dribble, and pass the ball toward the opposing goal.

Blocking an opponent's stick with your own is allowed, but raising the stick above shoulder height is not.

A goal is scored when the ball fully crosses the opposing team's goal line.

Play continues after each goal with a fresh face-off at the center of the field, and the team with more goals when time runs out wins.
