Players spread out across an open space, far enough apart to need to project their voices.

One player calls out a long, musical phrase or whistled tune toward the group.

Each player passes the phrase along by echoing it to the next person down the line.

By the time it reaches the last player, compare it to the original for accuracy.

Reset and try again, aiming to keep the phrase as true as possible across the whole line.
