Bon Odori Step Follow

Everyone stands in a large circle facing the center, with one player as the caller.

The caller demonstrates a simple four-count step sequence, such as step, clap, turn, step.

Everyone copies the sequence together, circling slowly as they repeat it.

Every few rounds, the caller introduces one new small step to the sequence.

Players who fall a beat behind simply catch back up on the next repeat rather than being eliminated.

Continue until the music ends, building toward the longest sequence the group can remember.
