Blob Tag

One player starts as the blob and is the only one allowed to tag other players at the beginning of the game.

Every player the blob tags must link arms or hold hands with the blob, growing the chasing group by one person at a time.

The blob keeps growing as a connected line or clump, and only players on the two outside ends of the blob are allowed to reach out and tag runners.

Runners try to dodge and outmaneuver the stretching blob, since a single tag from any edge player pulls them into the group.

As the blob gets larger, it often splits into two smaller blobs to cover more ground and corner the remaining free players faster.

The last player who has not been absorbed into any blob wins that round and can start as the new blob for the next game.
