HOW TO PLAY
1
Explain that Tshechu festivals feature masked monastic dancers performing slow, deliberate movements.
2
While the music plays, everyone moves through the space in slow, exaggerated, ceremonial steps.
3
When the music cuts out, freeze immediately in whatever pose you are in.
4
The caller walks around and gently tries to make frozen players laugh or wobble without touching them.
5
Anyone who breaks their freeze is out for that round.
6
Restart the music for the remaining players and repeat until one dancer remains.
