A typical playing lane runs about 15-18 meters long, with the two arches positioned near opposite ends.

HOW TO PLAY
1

Players strike their ball with the mallet from a starting position, aiming to pass it cleanly through the first metal arch.

2

Extra strokes are used to work the ball down the lane and back through the second arch further along the course.

3

Each stroke a player takes is counted, and the goal is to complete both arches using as few strokes as possible.

4

Players may strike an opponent's ball out of position if their own ball touches it during a shot.

5

After every player has completed the course, whoever finished in the fewest total strokes wins the round.
