Beni Ngoma

Two teams line up on opposite sides of an open space, each with its own drummers.

Each team performs a synchronized marching-and-dancing routine in turn while the other watches.

Judges or the audience compare precision, timing, and energy between the two performances.

Teams may add a short improvised segment to outdo the previous team's routine.

After both teams have performed, the audience's applause or a judge's decision declares the winning team.
