- An inner tube or hula hoop per player
- Cones marking a winding course
- A flashlight
HOW TO PLAY
1
Set up a winding course with cones representing a dark cave river.
2
Each runner steps inside a tube or hoop and holds it at their waist while moving through the course.
3
One player carries a flashlight ahead of each runner, sweeping the beam along the path to "light the cave."
4
Runners must stay within the marked winding path the entire way through.
5
The team that gets every runner through the cave course fastest wins.
