Beirut Mezze Platter Relay
- Small serving plates
- Assorted small food items such as olives, nuts, or crackers
- A serving tray per team
Relay distance about 8 meters between the food table and the team's assembly area
Set up a table with several small dishes of mezze-style items at one end of the room and give each team an empty tray at the other end.
On the signal, the first player from each team runs to the table, places exactly one item from each dish onto their team's tray, and carries it back without spilling.
Once a player returns, the next teammate runs to add one more of each item, building a fuller platter each trip.
Any item that falls off the tray during a run must be picked up and placed back before that player is allowed to hand off.
After a set number of relay trips, teams compare their assembled platters, and the team with the most complete, evenly arranged platter wins.
