HOW TO PLAY
1
Players stand in a line or loose circle, clasping their hands together at chest height, palms open and facing up.
2
Following a leader, everyone raises and lowers their clasped hands gently in time with the beat.

The leader adds small steps side to side, which the group mirrors while keeping their hand position.
4
Every few rounds, the leader introduces a slight variation in the hand movement for the group to copy.
5
The dance closes with everyone slowly lowering their hands together on a final beat.
