Basseterre Sugar Mill Wheel Relay

Each team gets a large hoop to represent a sugar mill wheel.

The first player rolls the hoop with one hand around a marked course without letting it fall.

If the hoop falls, they must stop, stand it back up, and continue from that spot.

They hand the hoop off to the next teammate at the finish line.

The first team to cycle the hoop through every teammate wins.
