- Foam pool noodles or soft batons to represent axes
- Soft foam logs or pool noodles as the log
HOW TO PLAY

Each competitor stands over their own foam log, holding a soft baton like an axe.

On the signal, chop with controlled swings, counting how many strikes it takes to knock the foam log apart.

Safety first: swings should be light and controlled, never aimed near another player.

The competitor who separates their log in the fewest strikes wins the individual heat.

For a team version, run it as a relay where each player takes ten strikes before tagging the next.
