Basketball

Two teams try to score by shooting the ball through the opposing team's hoop.

Players move the ball by dribbling (bouncing) or passing; walking with it without dribbling is a violation.

A made basket scores 2 points (3 from beyond the arc), and 1 point per free throw.

Games are played in timed quarters or halves, with the higher score at the end winning.
