MEASUREMENTS
A large ice rink, traditionally close to the size of a football pitch, with a goal at each end.
HOW TO PLAY
1
Divide into two teams of skaters, each defending one goal on the ice rink.
2
Players use their curved sticks to pass and drive the ball toward the opposing goal while skating.
3
Score a goal by hitting the ball fully across the opposing goal line.
4
Players may not lift the stick above shoulder height or check opponents with excessive force.
5
A referee restarts play after goals, fouls, or when the ball leaves the rink boundary.
6
The team with more goals when time expires wins the match.
