- A set of Chinese chess pieces
- A board marked with a grid of squares
HOW TO PLAY

Shuffle all pieces face down and arrange them randomly across the grid squares.

On a turn, a player either flips one face-down piece to reveal it, or moves a revealed piece to an adjacent empty or capturable square.

Higher-ranked pieces can capture lower-ranked ones by moving onto their square, following the game's standard rank order.

Special pieces may have unique capture rules, such as capturing the highest rank while only being captured by the lowest.

A player wins by capturing all of the opponent's pieces or leaving them with no legal moves.
