Balloon Volleyball

Divide the room into two sides with a string, ribbon, or row of chairs marking the net line.

Split players into two teams standing on opposite sides.

Bat the balloon back and forth over the line, keeping it from touching the ground on your side.

Any body part may be used to hit the balloon, since it moves slowly and safely for all ages.

A team scores when the balloon touches the ground on the opposing side or goes out of bounds; play to an agreed target score.
