Balloon Between Knees Relay

Line teams up in single file behind a starting line, with a turnaround point marked ahead of each team.

The first player squeezes a balloon between their knees and waddles to the turnaround point and back without using their hands.

Pass the balloon to the next teammate without either player using their hands to help the handoff.

If the balloon is dropped, the player must stop, pick it back up with their knees, and continue from that spot.

The first team to get every member through the relay wins.
