MEASUREMENTS

Matches are played on a rectangular grass or dirt court roughly 60-70 meters long, divided by a center line.

HOW TO PLAY
1

Teams line up on opposite sides of the center line, with one side serving the ball by striking it with an open palm or gloved hand toward the other half.

2

The receiving team must return the ball, usually after it bounces once, by striking it back across the line with the palm before it bounces a second time.

3

A point is lost if a team fails to return the ball across the line, hits it out of bounds, or lets it bounce twice on their side.

4

Teams rotate serving duties based on who wins each point, following a scoring pattern similar to traditional court tennis.

5

The first team to reach the agreed target score, typically with a required margin, wins the match.
