- Open space with a starting line and a finish point
HOW TO PLAY
1
One player is chosen to be Baba Jaga (the witch) and stands facing away from the others at the finish line.
2
The remaining players line up at the starting line, some distance behind Baba Jaga.
3
While Baba Jaga's back is turned, players creep forward as quickly as they dare.
4
At any moment, Baba Jaga calls out and spins around to face the group, who must freeze instantly in place.
5
Any player caught still moving is sent back to the starting line to begin again.
6
The first player to sneak all the way past Baba Jaga and touch the finish point wins and becomes Baba Jaga for the next round.
