HOW TO PLAY
1
Two wrestlers face off and begin by grasping each other's jacket or arms, with no striking allowed at any point.
2
Wrestlers use grips, holds, and leg trips to try to unbalance their opponent.
3
A wrestler loses the bout the moment any part of their body other than the feet or hands touches the ground.
4
Matches have no time limit or weight classes in the traditional format; a single fall decides the winner.
5
The winner traditionally performs a celebratory eagle-like arm gesture after the match.
6
The losing wrestler may pass under the winner's raised arm as a sign of respect before both return to the sidelines.
