- Two small tokens or flowers to represent hidden choices
HOW TO PLAY

Two players face each other, join raised hands to form an arch, and each secretly agrees to represent one of two hidden tokens without telling the group which is which.

The rest of the players form a line, holding shoulders or waists, and parade underneath the arch while singing a traditional verse.

On the final word of the song the arch drops its arms, trapping whichever player happens to be passing underneath at that moment.

The trapped player is asked, out of earshot of the group, to quietly pick one of the two hidden tokens without knowing what it stands for.

The chosen token reveals which of the two arch-players' team the trapped player joins, and once everyone has been sorted the two teams face off in a friendly tug of war.
