HOW TO PLAY
1
One player becomes the dhol drummer and sits where everyone can hear them.
2
The drummer plays a simple two-beat pattern representing the lively rhythm of Bihu music.
3
Everyone else moves in a loose line, stepping and swaying only on the beats the drummer plays.
4
When the drummer suddenly changes the pattern's speed, dancers must adjust their steps within two beats.
5
Anyone who keeps the old speed after the change sits out that round.
6
Rotate the drummer role every few rounds so the beat keeps changing character.
