Asmara Injera Roll Race

Give each player an identical flatbread and a small pile of filling on a plate.

On the signal, players spread the filling evenly across their flatbread and roll it into a tight tube using only one hand.

A roll that falls apart or spills filling must be restarted from a fresh flatbread if extras are available, or continued as best as possible if not.

The first player to complete a neatly rolled, intact tube calls out to stop the round.

Have the group briefly inspect each roll for neatness before confirming the winner, since a sloppy roll that finished first can be disqualified by group vote.
