Antiguan Sailing Regatta Rope Relay

Teams line up single file, each player gripping the same length of rope like a ship's crew hoisting a sail.

On the signal, the team moves together toward the turnaround cone, coordinating their steps so no one trips over the rope.

At the cone, the team performs a quick group huddle-and-turn before heading back.

The whole team must stay connected to the rope for the entire course.

The first team back at the start line together, still holding the rope, wins the race.
