MATERIALS
- A board with crossed lines drawn or scratched into a grid
- Three tiger tokens
- Fifteen goat tokens (seeds or pebbles)
HOW TO PLAY
1
One player controls three tiger pieces placed on the board, the other controls the goat pieces held off the board at first.
2
The goat player enters one goat onto an empty point of the board on each of their turns.
3
The tiger player moves along the drawn lines and may jump over an adjacent goat into an empty space beyond to capture it.
4
The goat player wins by surrounding the tigers so tightly that none of them can make a legal move or jump.
5
The tiger player wins by capturing enough goats that too few remain to block every tiger's movement.
6
Once all goats are placed on the board, both sides may move their pieces along the lines each turn.
