MATERIALS
- A 32-card deck (seven through ace in each suit)
HOW TO PLAY
1
Deal four cards to each player, then let players bid on how many points they believe their team can score if they choose trump.
2
The highest bidder names the trump suit, and the remaining cards are dealt out to complete each hand.
3
Play tricks following the suit led when possible; the highest card of the led suit wins unless a trump is played.
4
Certain cards carry higher point values than others, with the total points in the deck always adding up to twenty-eight (plus one bonus point for the last trick).
5
Compare the bidding team's captured points to their original bid; meeting or beating it wins the hand for their team.
